MUSHROOM BRUSCHETTA

Mushroom Bruschetta is a simple but delicious starter, with the perfect ingredient mix to die for: melted mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic mushrooms and olive oil. Perfect for any family or friends occasion. I prefer it with Ciabatta bread, which is basically pizza bread found in most supermarket bakeries, round or long does not matter, cut it in half. Add the ingredients and straight to the oven until melted cheese is dripping from sides. Remember to add a drizzle of good or great olive oil over the Bruschetta and indulge in those delicious flavors.

Bruschetta topped with diced tomatoes, melted mozzarella and garlic mushrooms everything drizzeled with extravirgin olive oil

STEP BY STEP

  1. Chop the tomatos
  2. Chop the mushrooms and sauté in olive oil with butter together with garlic for 10 min. and don’t over dry them / 10 min. / set aside when done to cool
  3. Heat up oven to 325F
  4. Mix in a bowl tomatos and mozzarella
  5. Add oregano / add salt and pepper
  6. Cut bread in half
  7. Add drizzle of olive oil to each half
  8. Put tomato mix on top of halfs
  9. Add muchrooms on each half
  10. Place on oven tray and directly in oven for 10/15 min. or when mozzarella is melted
  11. Take out / add drizzle of good quality olive oil on top for flavor / cut right away
  12. Serve hot / Buon Appetito!!

  1. 2 cups Mushrooms
  2. 1 tbsp Garlic
  3. 2 cup Tomatoes
  4. 2 cups Mozzarella cheese / shredded
  5. Depends Bread / depends on type you buy
  6. 6 tbsp Olive oil
  7. 1 tbsp Oregan
  8. Acording to taste Salt & Pepper
